Position location; Remote with trips to the US office in Boston, Massachusetts.

Who you are:

The ideal candidate will assist our Sales Executives in achieving quarterly revenue and booking targets. The role’s primary focus is to prepare and present innovative product demonstrations to Enterprise clients and deliver compelling Proofs of Concept, highlighting the use and value of our platform to prospective clients. You are analytical, creative, and able to use adaptive approaches to facilitate the sales process. 

  • Undergraduate degree, ideally with a liberal arts, business, or marketing concentration
  • 3+ years of business experience ideally in a customer-facing, pre-sales capacity
  • Prior experience working with SaaS applications, data services, or analytics software a plus
  • Good grasp of eCommerce industry and interest in learning more about our product offering
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deadline driven and able to balance multiple clients’ needs at once
  • Adaptable, creative and able to thrive in an ever changing environment
  • Detail-oriented, & precise 

What you'll do:

  • Become a master user of Profitero’s platform
  • Perform analyses across a spectrum of brands to demonstrate the capabilities and features of the platform
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings with Enterprise Sales Executives and prospective clients using insights and a highly consultative approach to the sales process
  • Assist with high-level requirements gathering and RFI/RFP process
  • Take ownership of continuous improvement and refinement of the pre-sales process to continually improve sales scripts, discovery process and expertise/training sharing:

    Would be nice if you had:

    • Previous experience selling tech solutions to brands & manufacturers in Ecommerce or Marketing
    • Understanding of, and contacts within the FMCG or CPG sector
    • Experience of being the most senior Solutions Consultant in the region
