The office is in Boston but can be done Remotely anywhere in the US


The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for supporting the Customer Success team at Profitero, directly under our Customer Success Managers. They will play a critical role in the day-to-day support for our clients.

Who you are:

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and G-Suite
  • Detail oriented and methodical
  • Strong interest in e-commerce space
  • Fast learner
  • Team player 
  • Great communication skills
  • Loves a challenge

What you’ll do:

  • Daily support to Customer Success Managers and Account Managers - getting insight into client desires and helping with deliverables
  • Branding Enhancements - support and QA our automated tools for branding processes in order to align client expectations with Profitero results
  • Product Categorization - assist clients in seeing the best view of their own product categories, align with their evolving needs
  • Cross Functional Conversations - work with Product, Strategy and Insights, and Customer Deployment teams to find the most pressing needs for our clients and current technical challenges
  • Building Product Portfolios - assist Customer Support Managers in helping to strengthen client marketplace perspective

*If you are an upcoming college Graduate, we have a similar role available for an internship 20 hours a week that can be intern to FT*
