We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our team in the UK. You will be managing the team of Operations Support Specialists responsible for client account operational tasks in all covered regions.  You will be accountable to Profitero clients for the maintenance of all existing solutions, utilising a best-practice approach, and adhering to agreed scope, time, and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing, leading and motivating support team(s) within a time-sensitive environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem solving.  Working in a fast-paced company, you’ll need the ability to learn quickly and have the self-motivation and determination it takes to succeed in a rapidly evolving market.

Office: Maidenhead, UK, currently working a mix of office and remotely.  Moving from Maidenhead to Windsor offices from March 2023.

Hours: Full-time



  • Directing and managing day-to-day activities of the Operations Support Specialist team, to ensure account updates are performed and data excellence is maintained
  • Managing account distribution amongst all team members and aligning with all stakeholders to ensure data excellence to secure long-term client retention
  • Resource scheduling and accounts maintenance status tracking and reporting 
  • Highlight and resolve deviations from scope related to maintenance tasks
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure management of issues and risks
  • Act as the main point of contact for existing clients and lead processes reviews to identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure the Operations Team meets its targets and set clear performance objectives
  • Provide performance feedback and goal-setting for the Operations Team; conducts annual performance assessments and skill development and training

Qualifications & skills:


  • 2+ years of experience in managing technical support team(s)
  • Self-motivated, accountable and committed with well-developed decision-making skills
  • Strong customer orientation, ability to manage complex and conflicting requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation, problem-solving and prioritisation skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Have the ability and desire to deeply understand and apply technological solutions to business problems
  • Experience supporting and implementing technology solutions 
  • Prior experience at a technology / software company a plus
