Overview:

The Client Insight Analyst role is the primary point of contact for insight support for several Profitero customers, and reports to the Director of Insights for EMEA.

 

Profile:

What will I do as a Client Insights Analyst?

As one of the leading providers of Ecommerce Analytics, Profitero is looking for professional and sharp analytic minds to execute, analyze and present findings to our clients across multiple industry verticals. Use your energy and motivation to evaluate ecommerce Sales & Share and Digital Shelf data, find key points, and recommend action steps to directly impact the bottom line for our clients. This role will collaborate closely with colleagues across the global insight team to deliver multi country actionable insights to our clients.

 

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Lead the Profitero Insight delivery with a number of leading clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business issues and objectives and translate these needs into clear and actionable insights
  • Synthesizing and interpreting data and drawing clear conclusions through simple story telling via client insight review presentations
  • Developing client relationships to ensure insight delivery helps our customers to achieve their eCommerce goals
  • Supporting customers directly by video conferencing, email and in person
  • Consulting with Customer Success and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Manages workload independently and effectively prioritizes client commitments alongside internal commitments
  • Maintains a clear communication pathway with the key stakeholders


Qualifications & essential skills:

  • Ideally you have 1-2 years’ experience working with ecommerce, syndicated data, consumer panel or related fields
  • University degree preferably in Marketing, Research or a Business-related field,
  • Working experience in Market Research or Business Analytics and Client Servicing,
  • Knowledge of Ecommerce, FMCG and Retail industry trends
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
  • Experience of analyzing large data sets from a commercial background to provide simple, clear insights and actions
  • Ability to lead and deliver engaging presentations and meetings
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience of communicating with individuals at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level
  • Fluency in English

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of Power BI an advantage
  • Knowledge of other European languages
  • Experience within an eCommerce role
  • Previous experience working in a similar analytical role
