Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in the UK. You will be responsible for the operational support tasks which underpin our software to ensure our client accounts work in a manner which meets their objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical support role or of owning and delivering an initiative in an operations environment. Working in a fast-paced company, you’ll need the ability to learn quickly and have the self-motivation and determination it takes to succeed in a rapidly evolving market.


Office: Maidenhead, UK, currently working a mix of office and remotely.  Moving from Maidenhead to Windsor offices from March 2023.

Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the maintenance tasks associated with account excellence
  • Resource scheduling to support scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Highlight and help to resolve deviations from scope related to maintenance tasks
  • Liaising with leads from other departments to ensure maintenance queries are resolved
  • Assist with maintenance status tracking and reporting 
  • Action small change requests via ACE which do not require resource planning
  • Produce timing plans in conjunction with resourcing managers and other key stakeholders
  • Validate accuracy of customer accounts and ensure existing quality checks are followed
  • Recommend and introduce process improvements

Qualifications & skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Self-motivated, accountable and committed with well-developed decision-making skills
  • Strong customer orientation, ability to manage complex and conflicting requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation, problem-solving and prioritisation skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Have the ability and desire to deeply understand and apply technological solutions to business problems
  • Experience supporting and implementing technology solutions a strong plus
  • High degree of proficiency in Excel
  • Prior experience at a technology / software company a plus
  • European / Asian language skills desirable for EMEA based roles
